Booked a large and quiet room with bathroom. Paid gbp 202...
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was pretty quiet and had its own bathroom - I felt safe with the smoke detectors around, you know, just in case 🔥. the staff was really nice, friendly, and gave great service.

Friendly staff, did even a lookup on the internet for bike rental
None of the facilities are in working order. The pool was closed for technical reasons, fitness room and sauna not available. The sports halls were also unavailable, we could see that at least one hall is used as a storage area. Promises a lot of facilities but does not deliver. The beds are not comfortable and the rooms walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors...

I did not want to leave, spent AWESOME time and do recommend. Greatly enjoyed the place, it was pretty and pleasant and worked for me. It had good food, courteous staff. There were an electric kettle, a work desk, and a TV in my classic room.

We booked the hotel based on the description on Booking, "chic 3 star hotel...", We saw the pictures and we thought this would be an excellent stay. When we arrived, we saw that it was nothing like pictured. We had two single beds put together and when asked if it was possible to change the answer was that all the bedrooms were the same. This is a sport hotel directed to schools with lots of activities, but not to couples traveling and going for sight seeing.
There was no food available when we arrived (we arrived around 22:00), the beds were not comfortable, and the room was full of stains in the carpet.

Greate location and staff. Fantastic scrambeled eggs!
The description of the Hotel says there is a pool, gym and sauna available but this is at an extra cost, it may be small but it would be nice to be aware of it before booking.

The rooms here are peaceful and roomy, each equipped with its own bathroom and even smoke detectors for safety. 🚭 the staff is friendly overall, although a few of them could be more helpful.

The room, hotel, view from window, restaurant food and personal are very good. The hotel is very clean, there are many sportivs in these hotel and they sleep very early so it is very quiet.
The hotel is very far from the Old Town but is near the higway to Auschwitz- Birkenau. From the hotel to the center you have to take the tram 30-40 minutes. The tram station is at 5 minus to walk (~ one bus station).

Closed parking. Check-in at any time is very useful option. Elevator. Easy to find. Lots of activities but did not use any of them
Towels and bed sheets are worn out (holes). Same thing with carpet. Everything looks very basic like you are in sport hotel. Not what we expected.
